We ask about care in Essex. This includes doctors, hospitals, mental health help, chemists and care at home.

Or you can talk. Your phone or computer writes down what you say.

You can skip any question you do not want to answer.

We take out names, phone numbers, emails and addresses before we save your words.

You do not have to give your name.

At the end you can read your answers and change them.

You can ask us to delete your answers.

We put what people say into groups. We write a report for the people who plan health and care.
